Pre-loved Dog Car Crates (60 x 58 x 54 cms)
We have been donated 2 Pre-loved small “Savic” car crates about 60cm x 58 x 54 cm. These have a sloping back that fit behind rear seats and go brilliantly in estate cars & hatchbacks. (They can also be used as sleeping crates for smaller dogs / puppies. )
It’s a finable offence to have a dog “unsecured” in your car whilst driving nowadays : “ Rule 57 of the Highway Code states that dogs (or any other animal) should be suitably restrained while in a vehicle so they can't distract the driver or cause injury to themselves or others in the event of an accident. This can lead to a fine up to £5,000 and even an appearance in court.”
The beauty of these is that they fold up flat so you can keep them in your car even when you’re not taking a dog anywhere.
They seem to sell at about £50-£60 new, when available - as a lot of sites don’t have them in stock at the mo. I’m going to put a price on these of £30 each and I’m happy to split them if you only want one ( or make me an offer if you want both) BUT buyer must pay for postage / carrier or collect from LLHQ in West Yorks.
